Alan joined Acuity Eye Group in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Alan has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, including the execution of numerous M&A and capital raising transactions. Alan joined Acuity Eye Group from Gavin de Becker and Associates, a TPG portfolio company, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Previous roles include over a decade as an investment banker advising Fortune 500 and middle-market companies. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Chicago.
